Just want to say 'Thank you' to Matt at Last Round. I recently spent 5 days full on snow skiing & as a 45 yr young woman who hasn't been on ski's for more than 15 yrs, I felt fit & fantastic! I have to admit, I'm a little addicted to Bootcamp. I followed a friend along two years ago & I'm still there! I've trained in gyms, followed plans to increase my fitness & given it a go on my own. Nothing has given me the results like Last Round. I'm not out to be the fastest or the strongest but to keep my fitness level healthy. I enjoy Matt's style of training & love the variety in his sessions. He adjusts my workouts around a couple of niggly injuries I carry, so I still get the most out of my workout. I encourage anyone to come & try a session with Matt, you don't know what you can do until you try.
